Welcome to the “Life Event Gifts” Catalog!

This is a discretionary resource designed to support HP employees during significant personal events or milestones. Its primary intent is to enable HP managers—and, with managerial approval, other employees—to express sympathy, understanding, or celebration in response to these life events.

The catalog may be utilized for the following significant life events:       

  • Marriage
  • Birth of a child
  • Commencement of a new job or role
  • Bereavement (death of a loved one)
  • Serious illness or injury
  • Retirement

It is important to note the distinction between the “Life Event Gifts” Catalog and the “Recognition at HP” program:

  • The “Recognition at HP” program is intended for acknowledging achievements, performance, or milestones directly related to an employee’s professional role.
  • The “Life Event Gifts” Catalog is reserved for personal life events and should not be used for professional recognition. Conversely, the “Recognition at HP” program must not be used for personal life events.
 

Ordering is simple:

All HP business orders must be placed through the Ariba system, giving full delivery address and payment details. Please be aware that there is usually a delay between you raising the Ariba request and us receiving it following the HP approval process.

All invoices will be sent to HP Procurement at Head Office.

Personal orders may be placed via the website and charged to personal credit/debit cards. Please note: Full payment will be taken at the time of order including items showing “currently out of stock”.
